Özet

A species new to science, representing the family Horatiinae, is described from Da & gbreve;& imath;lcak Spring in Da & gbreve;& imath;lcak Nature Park in the Seyhan River Basin. This is a minute snail characterised by a broad low-spired shell with broad parietal lip, radula with median cusp of the central tooth twice longer than the adjacent ones, bursa copulatrix large and spherical, one distal receptaculum seminis long and sac-shaped, penis broad and gradually tapering with pointed tip, and vas deferens well visible, running in zigzags. The new species forms the sister lineage of Anadoludamnicola & Scedil;ahin, Koca & Y & imath;ld & imath;r & imath;m, 2012 and an undetermined representative of the genus Sheitanok Sch & uuml;tt & & Scedil;e & scedil;en, 1991 in a mitochondrial phylogeny based on partial sequences of the cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) gene. These three taxa form an entirely Anatolian clade.
