TURİZMİN ETKİLERİNE KARŞI YEREL HALKIN ALGILARININ DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ: GELİBOLU TARİHİ ALAN BÖLGESİNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Özet
Turizmin etkilerine karşı yerel halkın tutumlarını incelenmesi, daha iyi planlama yapmakve turizmi geliştirme açısından önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Gelibolu tarihi alanbölgesinde yaşayan yerel halkın turizmin etkilerine karşı algılarını ortaya koymaktır. Buamaca ulaşmak için, bölgede yaşayan 319 kişiye anket uygulanmıştır. Veriler çoklu uyumanalizine tabi tutulmuştur. Analiz sonucunda, yerel halkın turizmin etkilerine karşı algılarınıngenel olarak olumlu olduğu söylenebilir. Yaş gruplarına göre incelendiğinde ise(30+) yaş grubunda olumlu bir algı görülürken diğer yaş gruplarında görülmemektedir.Cinsiyet açısından yapılan değerlendirmede ise kadınlar, turizmin Çanakkale’ye olumludesteği olduğunu ifade etmişlerdir.
Examination of resident's perceptions towards the effects of tourism impacts is important for better planning and tourism development. The purpose of this study is to find out the perceptions of the local people living in the Gallipoli historical area towards the effects of tourism. To achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted on 319 people living in this region. Data is analyzed by correspondence analysis. It can be said that perceptions of the local people towards tourism is generally positive. According to age groups, the (30+) age group showed a positive perception, but this is not seen in other age groups. In terms of gender-based evaluation, women expressed that tourism has a positive support for Çanakkale.
