dc.description.abstract | Gradenigo syndrome is a quite rare complication of otitis media. Typical presentation of this syndrome includes sixth cranial nerve paralysis/paresis, acute or chronic otitis media, and trigeminal neuralgia. In this study, we report on a six-year-old child with incomplete Gradenigo syndrome consisting of petrous apicitis and abducent nerve paralysis without otitis media symptoms and trigeminal neuralgia. | |
