Ortaokul öğrencilerinde beden eğitimi dersine ilgi, okul yaşam doyumu ve derse yönelik olumlu tutum arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Bu araştırmanın amacı, ortaokul öğrencilerinin beden eğitimi dersine yönelik ilgileri, derse ilişkin olumlu tutumları ve okul yaşam doyumları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma grubunu, farklı sınıf düzeylerinden toplam 405 ortaokul öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Veriler, beden eğitimi dersine ilgi ölçeği, okul yaşam doyumu ölçeği ve beden eğitimi tutum ölçeği aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, Pearson korelasyon ve yapısal eşitlik modellemesi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular, beden eğitimi dersine ilginin hem doğrudan hem de derse yönelik olumlu tutum aracılığıyla okul yaşam doyumunu anlamlı biçimde yordadığını göstermiştir. Sonuç olarak, beden eğitimi dersine yönelik ilgi ve tutumun, öğrencilerin okul yaşam doyumlarının önemli belirleyicileri olduğu ortaya konmuştur.

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between middle school students' interest in physical education lessons, their positive attitudes toward the course, and their school life satisfaction. The research was conducted using a relational survey model. The study group consisted of 405 secondary school students from different grade levels. Data were collected through the Physical Education Interest Scale, the School Life Satisfaction Scale, and the Physical Education Attitude Scale. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and structural equation modeling were used in the data analysis. The findings revealed that students' interest in physical education significantly predicted school life satisfaction both directly and indirectly through positive attitudes toward the course. Consequently, it was concluded that interest and positive attitude toward physical education are significant predictors of students' school life satisfaction.
