dc.description.abstractAraştırma, Çanakkale ili Lapseki ekolojik koşullarında, yöre üreticisinin kendi oluşturduğu bahçede tek bir genotipten aşılanan meyveler üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu türe ait Güvem eriği örnekleri 2022-2023 yıllarında eylül ayı içerisinde yöre çiftçilerinin hasat ettiği olgunluk döneminde her ağacın dört bir yöneyinden toplanmıştır. Bu amaçla meyvelerin meyve eni (mm), meyve boyu (mm), meyve ağırlığı (g), meyve kabuk rengi (parlaklık, hue, chroma), suda çözünür kuru madde (SÇKM, %Brix), meyve suyu pH’sı, titre edilebilir asit içeriği (TEA) özellikleri değerlendirilmiştir. Güvem eriğinin iki yıllık ortalama değerlerinden meyve ağırlığı 2.33 g, meyve eni 14.44 mm, meyve boyu 14.97 mm olarak ölçülmüştür. Çanakkale ekolojisinde yetişen Güvem eriği meyvelerinin ortalama titre edilebilir toplam asit içerikleri 2.15 g/100 mL, pH 3.54 değerinde, suda çözünür kuru madde miktarı %27,89 değerinde bulunmuştur. Yetiştirildiği ekolojilerde tüketiminin yaygın olmasına rağmen Güvem eriği türünün meyvelerinin tanıtılması ve tüketiminin arttırılması amacıyla üstün özellikli genotiplerin yetiştiriciliğinin yaygınlaşması gerekmektedir. Bu amaçla pomolojik özelliklerinin belirlendiği bu gibi çalışmalar önem arz etmektedir. Çalışmanın sonuçlarıyla, ülkemizde kaybolmaya yüz tutmuş türlerin genetik kaynaklarının korunmasına katkı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe research was carried out in the ecological conditions of Lapseki, Çanakkale province, on the fruits grafted from a single genotype in the orchard created by the local producer. Moth plum samples of this species were collected from four sides of each tree during the ripeness period harvested by local farmers in September in 2022-2023. For this purpose, fruit width (mm), fruit length (mm), fruit weight (g), fruit skin color (brightness, hue, chroma), water soluble dry matter (WSDM, %Brix), juice pH, titratable acid content (TEA) was evaluated. Fruit weight was 2.33 g, fruit width was 14.44 mm and fruit length were 14.97 mm. The average titratable total acid content of the fruits grown in Çanakkale ecology was 2.15 g/100 mL, pH was 3.54 and water-soluble dry matter content was 27.89%. Although it is widely consumed in the ecologies where it is grown, it is necessary to expand the cultivation of genotypes with superior characteristics in order to promote the fruits of the moth plum species and increase its consumption. For this purpose, such studies in which pomological characteristics are determined are important. With the results of the study, it is aimed to contribute to the conservation of genetic resources of species that are about to disappear in our country.
