dc.description.abstract	Şehâdet ve rivâyet, usûl ile ilgili bir konu olmakla beraber fürû-ı fıkhın birçok meselesiyle dolaylı şekilde irtibatlıdır. Zira bir konuda taaddüdün şart olup olmadığını belirtebilmemiz, meselenin şehâdet veya rivâyet olduğu hususunda tespitte bulunmamıza bağlıdır. Önemine binaen bu çalışmada öncelikle şehâdet ve rivâyetin mâhiyeti üzerinde durulacak, tartışmanın çıktığı dönem tespit edilmeye çalışılacak, Şâfiî ile muârızı arasında geçen diyaloglara yer verilecek, akabinde rivâyeti, şehâdete mukayese edip onda da taaddüdü şart koşanların kimler olduğuna ve öne sürdükleri delillere temas edilecektir. Son olarak rivâyet ve şehâdet ihtimâli olan fıkhî meseleler ve aralarındaki temel farkların neler olduğu üzerinde durulacaktır.	en_US

dc.description.abstract	While shahadah and riwayah are the subjects of usul al fiqh, both are indirectly related to many issues of furu’ al-fiqh. Because, in order to determine whether multitude (ta’addud) is a condition in an issue, we firstly need to prove that the issue is associated with shahadah or riwayah. Based on the importance, in this study, firstly, the nature of the concepts of shahadah and riwayah will be focused on, the period in which the discussion emerged will be tried to determine and the conversations between al-Shafi’i and his opponent will be mentioned. Then those who compare shahadah with riwayah and lay down multitude (ta’addud) as condition for it will be elaborated along with the evidences they presented. Finally, there will be focused on the issues which may contain the possibility of shahadah and riwayah and the differences between them.	en_US
