Özet
Even if the Mediterranean Sea is considered one of the most studied areas concerning its malacofauna, to date few areas have updated species lists, which are important for ecological and conservation studies. This study deals with the sea slug fauna of the Sea of Marmara, an important region in the Mediterranean Sea area acting as the connection point with the Black Sea. Information reported in the scientific literature as well as material from research projects have been collected and analysed, revealing 52 records of sea slugs and shelled relatives from the Sea of Marmara belonging to 32 families. From the 52 species, 11 are reported for the first time from the region while two of them are considered invasive species.
