UZAKTAN EĞİTİM SÜRECİNDE ÖĞRETMENLİK UYGULAMASI: BİR DURUM ÇALIŞMASI

dc.description.abstractPandemi döneminde öğretmenlik uygulaması dersini alan öğretmen adaylarının uzaktan eğitim ile bu süreci deneyimlemesi onların hem sürece ilişkin hem öğretmen ve öğrencilere ilişkin gereksinimleri görmeleri bir avantaj olarak görülebilir. Bu nedenle öğretmen adaylarının bu sürece ilişkin deneyimlerini incelemenin önemli olduğu düşüncesiyle bu çalışmada, öğretmen adaylarının uzaktan eğitim ile yürütülen öğretmenlik uygulaması deneyimlerine ilişkin görüşlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma durum çalışması deseninde olup, son sınıfta öğrenim gören 16 öğretmen adayından oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verileri, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile çevrimiçi olarak toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi ile kodlanmış ve kodlardan hareketle tema ve alt temalar belirlenmiştir. Toplam 119 koda ulaşılmış, tekrarlı kodlar çıkarıldığında toplamda 53 farklı kod olduğu görülmüştür. Kodlar analiz edildiğinde ise dört ana tema ve 13 alt tema belirlenmiştir. Temalar yoğunluk durumlarına göre sırayla ‘öğretim süreci’ (%39), ‘öğretmen adayı’ (%25), ‘K-12 öğrencileri’ (%20) ve ‘uzaktan eğitim sürecidir’ (%16). Bu temalar altında kodlar ilişkilendirilerek yorumlanmış ve öneriler sunulmuştur. Bu araştırma için Aydın Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Eğitim Araştırmaları Etik Kurulu’ndan 26/07/2021 tarih ve II sayılı karar numarası ile Etik Kurul Onayı alınmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe fact that pre-service teachers who take the teaching practice course during the pandemic period experience this process through distance education can be seen as an advantage for them to see the requirements for both the process and the teacher and students. Considering that it is important to examine the experiences of pre-service teachers regarding this process, this study aimed to examine the opinions of pre-service teachers about their teaching practice experiences carried out with distance education. The research is a case study design and consists of pre-service teachers studying in their final year. The research data were collected online using a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. The data obtained were coded by content analysis and themes and sub-themes were determined based on the codes. A total of 119 codes were reached, and when repeated codes were removed, it was seen that there were 53 different codes in total. When the codes were analyzed, 13 sub-themes and four main themes were identified. The themes are 'teaching process' (39%), 'teacher candidate' (25%), 'K-12 students' (20%) and 'distance education process' (16%) in order of their intensity. Under these themes, codes were associated and interpreted and suggestions were presented.
