Sağlık Çalışanlarında Duygusal Emek Gösterimlerine İlişkin Çok Değişkenli Bir Araştırma: Bursa Örneği

Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, duygusal emek gösterim stratejilerini şekillendiren öncülleri ve bu gösterim stratejilerinin sonuçlarını analiz etmektir. Hipotezler, yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılarak Lisrel programı ile test edilmiş ve Anova ve t-testleri de gerekli faktör analizleri yapılmıştır. Sağlık çalışanlarının duygusal gösterim stratejilerinden derin duygusal emek gösteriminin, araştırma değişkenlerinden sadece duygusal tükenmişlik dışındaki diğer tüm değişkenlerle anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Dindarlığın derin duygusal emek üzerinde etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Duygusal tükenmişliğin duygusal emek davranışlarının performansına aracılık etkisi de diğer bir sonuçtur.
The aim of this research is to analyze the antecedents that shape the strategies of emotional labour displays and the consequences of those display strategies. Hypotheses were tested with the Lisrel program using the structural equation model. Anova and t- tests were also performed with the necessary factor analyses. It was seen that the deep acting behaviours of the health workers' as emotional display strategy had a meaningful and positive relationship with all but the emotional exhaustion of the research variables. It was found that religiosity has positive effect on deep emotional labor displays. Emotional exhaustion has mediating effects on the performance for emotional labor behaviors.
