dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı ortaokullarda değişen sınav sistemiyle ilgili öğretmen görüşlerini tespit etmektir. Araştırmada ortaokullardaki değişen sınav sistemini incelemek amacıyla nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışması kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu Türkiye’nin batısındaki bir ortaokuldan araştırmaya katılmak isteyen Matematik, Fen Bilimleri, Din Kültürü ve Ahlâk Bilgisi, Sosyal Bilgiler ve İngilizce öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin görüşlerinin incelenmesi için nitel veri analiz yöntemlerinden tümdengelimci yöntem kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada yarı yapılandırılmış gözlem formu kullanılarak öğretmenlere alt problem soruları sorulmuş ve yanıtlar alınmıştır. Geçerlik ve güvenirliği sağlamak amacıyla belirlenen problem soruları uzman görüşü alınarak düzenlenmiştir ve bir katılımcıyla pilot uygulama yapılarak soruların anlaşılırlığı ve araştırmaya uygunluğu sınanmıştır. Ayrıntılı bilgiler elde etmek için öğretmenlere açık uçlu sorular sorulmuştur. Katılımcıların verdiği yanıtlardan temalar oluşturularak veriler yorumlanmadan maddeleştirilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin ortaokullarda değişen yazılı sınav sistemini öğrenci gelişimi için faydalı buldukları ancak bu değişimin ön hazırlık yapılmadan çok hızlı bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesinin birtakım sorunlara neden olduğunu düşündükleri tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to determine teachers' views on the changing examination system in secondary schools. In the study, case study, one of the qualitative research designs, was used to examine the changing examination system in secondary schools. The study group consists of teachers of Mathematics, Science, Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge, Social Studies and English from a secondary school in the western part of Turkey who wish to participate in the research. Deductive method, one of the qualitative data analysis methods, was used to examine the views of the teachers participating in the study. In this study, sub-problem questions were asked to the teachers using a semi-structured observation form and answers were obtained. In order to ensure validity and reliability, the problem questions were organized by taking expert opinion and a pilot study was conducted with one participant to test the comprehensibility of the questions and their suitability for the research. Teachers were asked open-ended questions to obtain detailed information. The themes were formed from the answers given by the participants and the data were itemized without interpretation. It was found that teachers found the changing written exam system in secondary schools beneficial for student development, but they thought that the rapid implementation of this change without prior preparation caused some problems.
