Wordnet üzerinde Türkçe bilişim ontolojisinin oluşturulması

Bu çalısmada incelenen temel konu Türkçe bilisim terimleri sözlügünün ontoloji tabanlı olarak olusturulmasıdır. Çalısma kapsamında; Türkçe bilisim terimleri Türkiye Bilisim Derneginden temin edildikten sonra WordNet veritabanı bu terimler kullanılarak genisletildi. Türkçe bilisim terimleri ontolojisinin temelinin olusturulabilmesi için bu terimler arasındaki iliskiler kullanılarak eskümeler olusturuldu. Bilisim terimleri ontolojisi üzerinden sorgulamalar yapılarak WordNet ontolojisinden ve diger ontolojilerden nasıl bilgi çıkarımı yapılacagı incelendi. Türkçe bilisim terimleri için olusturulan uygulama yazılımı bir sunucu üzerine yüklenerek sorgulamalar yapılabilecek yapıya getirildi. Son olarak, Türkçe bilisim terimleri ontolojisi kullanılarak bilgi çıkarımı ve bilgi arama süreçlerinin nasıl gereklestirilecegi incelendi. In this work, the main concern is composing Turkish informatics terms based on ontology. In scope, after optaining the Turkish informatics terms from the Turkish Informatics Association, Word Net database was extended by applying these words. Due to the fact that forming the basis of this ontology, identical sets were made up by using the relationships between these terms. Applying some queries on informatics terms, the way of acquiring the information from Word Net and other ontologies have been investigated. Application software designed for Turkish Informatics terms has been installed on a computer and some queries can be run on this software. Finally, how processes of acquiring and searching information using Turkish informatics terms have been taken under consideration. Key Words: WordNet, Ontology, OWL, Semantic Web, Informatics Terms
