İlkokul düzeyindeki kaynaştırma öğrencilerinde zorbalık hakkında ebeveyn görüşleri

Bu çalışmada zorbalığa uğramış öğrencilerin velilerine yöneltilen görüşme formundaki soruların cevaplandırılması sonucu, kaynaştırma öğrencilerine yapılan zorbalıkların neler olduğunun tespiti, bu zorbalıklara karşı nasıl önlem alınacağı ve müdahale edileceği, zorbalık süresince öğrencinin daha az etkilenmesi için ne gibi stratejilerin belirleneceğinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda çalışmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışması kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Bu görüşme formları zorbalığa uğramış kaynaştırma öğrencisi ebeveynlerine uygulanmıştır. 15 veli ile gerçekleştirilen bu görüşme sayesinde uygun stratejiler belirlenmiş ve müdahale yöntemleri geliştirilmiştir. Görüşme formundaki sorulara cevap aranarak özel gereksinimli öğrencilerin zorbalığa uğrama durumları, zorbalık karşısında okul yönetiminin ve öğretmenin tutumu, okul yönetiminin zorbalığa karşı yeterliliği, zorbalık karşısında okulun sunduğu destekler, ailelerin zorbalıkla baş etme konusundaki önerileri ve aldıkları önlemler hakkında veriler toplanmıştır. Sorulara verilen cevaplar toplanarak Verilerin analizinde içerik analizi yöntemiyle bulgular sunulmuştur. Literatür derinlemesine incelenerek zorbalığın kaynaştırma öğrencisi üzerindeki etkileri destekleyici bir şekilde teze uygulanmıştır. Araştırmacı alanyazından da faydalanarak görüşme formundaki soruları zorbalık, okul ve aile bağlamında inceleyip çalışmanın sonuç kısmını oluşturmuştur. Bu çalışma sonucunda zorbalığa uğrayan öğrencilerin zorbalığa uğrama nedenleri belirlenmiş ve zorbalığı önlemeye yönelik uygun müdahale yöntemleri geliştirilmiştir.

In this study, it is aimed to determine what bullying is done to mainstreaming students, how to take precautions and intervene against this bullying, and what strategies to determine to lessen the impact of bullying on the student, as a result of answering the questions in the interview form directed to the parents of bullied students. For this purpose, a case study, one of the qualitative research designs, was used in the study. A semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher was used as the data collection tool. These interview forms were applied to the parents of inclusive students who were bullied. Thanks to this interview with 15 parents, appropriate strategies were determined and intervention methods were developed. By searching for answers to the questions in the interview form, data were collected on the bullying situations of students with special needs, the attitudes of the school administration and teachers towards bullying, the adequacy of the school administration towards bullying, the support provided by the school against bullying, the suggestions of families on coping with bullying and the precautions they took. The answers to the questions were collected and the findings were presented using the content analysis method in the analysis of the data. The literature was examined in depth and the effects of bullying on inclusion students were applied to the thesis in a supportive manner. The researcher, making use of the literature, examined the questions in the interview form in the context of bullying, school and family and created the conclusion of the study. As a result of this study, the reasons for bullying among students were determined and appropriate intervention methods were developed to prevent bullying.
