Yöneticilerin sosyal sorumluluk projelerine yaklaşımları: Balıkesir ilinde bir uygulama

Günümüzde işletmelerin öneminin giderek artması ve toplum içinde vazgeçilmez bir kurum haline gelmeleri sebebiyle bir takım sorumluluklar üstlenmesi gerekir. İşletmelerin ahlaki değerleri ile birlikte sosyal sorumluluklarının öneminin giderek artması, esas olan insan mutluluğu ve refahını artırma anlayışının işletmelerde yavaş yavaş yerleştiğinin bir göstergesi olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu nedenle işletmeler, toplumsal sorunların çözümüne ve çağdaş yaşam standardının gelişmesine yönelik çeşitli strateji ve projeler ortaya koymaktadırlar.İşletmeler, sosyal sorumluluklarını yerine getirirken en fazla yükümlülük yöneticilere düşmektedir. Yönetici sosyal sorumluluk bilincine erişmiş ise yönetici olduğu işletmede yürüttüğü faaliyetlerde, çevresine karşı sorumlu olmakta, sosyal sorumluluk adına daha somut projeler üretebilmektedir. Bu çalışma kapsamında Balıkesir ilinde faaliyet gösteren firma yöneticileriyle bir anket uygulaması gerçekleştirilerek yöneticilerin sosyal sorumluluk anlayışları araştırılmıştır.

Therefore, the administrator submit several Project and strategies regarding the development of modern life standards and solving of social problems.Business, social responsibilities of managers to fulfill the obligation falls over. Business is conducted by the executive administrator reached the consciousness of social responsibility activities, is responsible to the environment, social responsibility, on behalf of the people able to produce concrete projects. In this study, managers of firms operating in the province of Balikesir by performing a survey of managers were investigated conceptions of social responsibility.
