Özet
Esnek kümeler 1999 yılında Molodtsov tarafından ortaya atıldı ve cebirden karar verme problemlerine kadar pek çok alana uygulandı. Esnek kümelerin teorik çalışmalarının giderek güçlenmesiyle, bu çalışmalarda yer alan - özellikle karar verme problemleri üzerine -uygulamaları daha cazip hale geldi. Ne var ki, günlük hayatta karşılaşılan problemler yüksek sayıda veri ve belirsizlik içermektedir. Bu nedenle, bahsedilen bu uygulamaların özel bir takım bilgisayar programları ile yapılmasını zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, literatürde var olan karar verme uygulamalarında yer alan bazı algoritmalar, bulanık parametreli bulanık esnek matrisler yoluyla genelleştirildi. Daha sonra bu uygulamaların Visual Studio 2012 ve C# programlama dili yoluyla bilgisayar programı geliştirildi.
The concept of soft sets was produced by Molodtsov in 1999 and has been applied to many fields from algebra to decision making problems. With more theoretical studies of soft sets get stronger, the applications partaking in these studies - especially to decision making problems- become more attractive. The problems, that we come across in our daily life, contain countless data and uncertainties. Therefore, the applications which are mentioned should be done by means of some special computer programs. In this study, some algorithms in applications of decision making, existed in literature, have been generalized by fuzzy parameterized fuzzy soft matrices. Later on, computer programs of these applications have been devised by Visual Studio 2012 and C# programming language.
