Electrical resistivity tomography survey was carried out at the archaeological site of Parion (BigaÇanakakle). This study presents the archaeogeophysical results of the first field season completed in 2006. We aimed to explore the buried archaeological features. The Wenner - Schlumberger array was selected for measurements. The survey was performed with electrode spacing of 1m. The results were presented with three-dimensional volumetric sections formed by combination of two-dimensional model resistivity sections of parallel profiles. In this way, representing the lateral and vertical continuities of the anomalies of possible archaeological features was easily provided. The highest resistivity zones were suggested as the most promising locations for archaeological excavation.
