dc.description.abstractBu arastırmada Çanakkale ili sınırları içinde de fazla miktarda kullanılan Confidor SC 350 adlı insektisit iki farklı dozda (0,1 g/L ve 0,05 g/L) ve Antracol WP adlı fungusit iki farklı dozda (1,25 g/L ve 0,625 g/L) olmak üzere Vicia faba L. (bakla) ve Capsicum annuum L. (biber) fidelerinin yapraklarına püskürtme yolu ile uygulanarak bu bitki türleri üzerindeki genetiksel etkileri kök ucu mitozu yöntemi uygulanarak ortaya konmustur. Bitki türleri üzerinde atık suların etkileri arasında bitki gelisimini stimüle etme ya da inhibe etme, genetiksel konfigürasyonları degistirme ve savunma enzimlerinde meydana gelen enzimatik degisimler söz konusudur. Bahsedilen bu degisimlerin ortaya çıkarılmasında kök ucu hücreleri testi gerçeklestirilmistir. Arastırmamızda Vicia faba L. ve Capsicum annuum L. kullanarak yaptıgımız denemeler sonucunda iki farklı konsantrasyonda uygulanan fungusit (Antracol) ve insektisit (Confidor) seyreltilmis çözeltilerinin kontrol grubu bitkileri ile karsılastırıldıgında bitkilerin kök ucu meristem hücrelerinde, konsantrasyona baglı olarak çesitli kromozom anomalileri gözlenmistir. Bu kromozom anomalileri; anafazda kutup kayması, kalgın kromozom, fragment olusumu, düzensiz kromozom dagılımları olarak saptanmıstır. Doz artısına baglı olarak kromozomal anomalilerin de artıs gösterdigi saptanmıstır. Çalısmamız neticesinde fungusit ve insektisit türü zirai mücadele maddelerinin de içinde bulundugu pestisitlerin bitkiler üzerinde yarattıgı etkilerin azaltılması ve çevresel kirliligin önlenmesi için daha ekolojik korunma yöntemlerine basvurulmasının gerekliligi ortaya konmustur. Arastırmamızın sonuçları bir çok bilimsel arastırma ile paralellik göstermektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Vicia faba L., Capsicum annuum L., Pestisit, Mitoz.
dc.description.abstractIn this research effect of some pesticides on plants were observed. One of the most common insecticide Confidor SC 350 in two different doses (0,1 g/L ve 0,05 g/L) and one of the most common fungucides Antracol in two different doses (1,25 g/L ve 0,625 g/L) were sprayed as a foliar on Vicia faba L. (broad bean) and Capsicum annuum L. (pepper) seedlings. Genetically effects of these pesticides on plants were analyzed by the meaning of chromosomal aberations in root tip mitosis. Most common effects of pesticides on the plants, stimulation or inhibition plant growth, changing the genetical configurations and changing the plant defense enzymes. In this research changing on the chromosomal abnormalities were observed. In this research, Vicia faba L. (broad bean) and Capsicum annuum L. (pepper) seedlings sprayed by insecticide Confidor SC 350 and fungucides Antracol. When we compared with the control plants, the effects of these pesticides on root tip cells (mitosis) depending on different concentrations were observed. Different kind of chromosomal anomalies like pole shifting, bridge, deorientation in chromosomes, stickness and fragmentation were observed. Depending on increasing doses of pesticides this kind of chromosomal abnormalities observed most frequently. At the end of this research, we realized that fungicides and insecticides which under the group of other pesticides are all harmful on plants. Because of that for protecting nature and environment preventing the pollution on the agricultural fields more ecological technics and biocontrol agents have to be use by farmers and researchers. Our results showed paralelity with other scientific researches. Key Words: Vicia faba L., Capsicum annuum L., Pesticides, Mitosis.
