Özet
Artificial Intelligence applications are critical in improving customer experience and expanding viewpoints in the tourism sector. The correct use of artificial intelligence is an important tool in increasing customer loyalty and business revenues while creating a competitive advantage. This study aims to reveal the usability of artificial intelligence technology in the tourism sector and to provide explanatory information about existing artificial intelligence-supported applications. In this context, conceptual information and definitions of artificial intelligence technology and tourism marketing are given, and the general usage areas of this technology in tourism marketing are explained. This literature review-based study explains the contributions of artificial intelligence technology to the tourism sector in light of sample applications.
