Özet
Çanakkale ilinde 2019-2021 yılları arasında yürütülen saksı denemelerinde mineral gübre (NPK ve P gübresi), indol-3-asetik asit (IAA), benzil amino pürin (BAP) ve IAA+BAP ve azot fiksasyon yeteneğine sahip, mineral fosfat çözücü ve IAA üretici dört farklı bakteri straininin (Pseudomonas fluorescens RC215, Bacillus licheniformis RC106, Bacillus subtilis RC210 ve Bacillus megaterium RC16) tekli, ikili, üçlü ve dörtlü kombinasyonlarının İstanbul kekiğinin (Origanum vulgare ssp. hirtum (Link) Ietsw.) gelişme, verim, kalite, uçucu yağ verimi ile içeriği üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. GC-MS analiz sonuçlarına göre, İstanbul kekiği uçucu yağının %98.6-99.9'unu temsil eden en az otuz dokuz bileşen tespit edilmiştir. Uçucu yağda karvakrol (%60,51- 70,32), p-simen (%5,50-9,95), γ-terpinen (%5,01-7,94), timol (%1,26-5,57), β-karyofillen (%1,61-2,49) ve α-terpinen (%1,38-1,95) ana bileşenler olduğu ve bunları sırasıyla β-mirsen (%0,93-1,85), α-pinen (%0,68-1,51), estragol (%0,33-2,36), metil sinamat (%0,16-2,15), terpinel-4-ol (%0,85-1,24), izoborneol %0,53-1,30) ve β-kayofillen oksit (%0,28-1,01) bileşenlerinin izlediği belirlenmiştir. Üç deneme seti ortalamasına göre kontrole kıyasla, kimyevi gübre (P ve NPK), hormon, ticari biyolojik gübre, tekli, çiftli, üçlü ve dörtlü bakteri uygulamalarıyla sırasıyla, kuru herba verimi % 9,7-36,5, 1,1-11,5, 33,3-34,3, 12,7-24,2, 24,6-37,4 ve 38,5; kuru yaprak verimi % 5,0-27,1, -1,5-6,7, 26,6-28,9, 9,1-12,2, 8,4-18,6, 17,1-23,3 ve 27,3; klorofil içeriği % 13,8-25,6, 2,3-8,3, 27,3-28,0, 5,0-16,4, 4,2-19,1, 8,1-24,1 ve 39,8; uçucu yağ verimi % 8,6-25,4, 0,1-1,1, 25,8-28,5, 6,3-15,2, 3,4-18,9, 13,8-27,3 ve 33,1 ve karvakrol verimi ise % 24,9-41,6, 1,9-11,5, 37,5-38,3, 14,8-22,2, 10,7-18,8, 24,2-48,2 ve 53,5 oranında artmıştır.
This study will be conducted in order to investigate the effects of mineral fertilizer (NPK and P), Indole 3-acetic acid (IAA), benzyl amino purine (BAP), and IAA+BAP and four N2-fixing, P-solubilizing, and IAA-producing bacteria (Pseudomonas fluorescens RC215, Bacillus licheniformis RC106, Bacillus subtilis RC210, and Bacillus megaterium RC16) in single, dual, triple, and quadruple strains combinations on growth, yield, quality, content and major component of the essential oil of İstanbul oregano (Origanum vulgare ssp. hirtum) (Link) Ietswaart). According to the GC-MS analysis results, the presence of at least thirty-nine compounds were identified in the samples analysed, representing 98.6-99.9% of oil. In terms of general categories, carvacrol (60.51-70.32%), p-cymene (5.50-9.95%), γ-terpinene (5.01-7.94%), thymol (1.26-5.57%), β-caryophyllene (1.61-2.49%) and α-terpinene (%1.38-1.95) as the main components. The other constituents were found to be myrcene (0.93-1.85%), α-pinene (0.68-1.51%), estragole (0.33-2.36%), methyl cinnamate (0.16-2.15%), terpinene-4-ol (0.85-1.24%), isoborneol (0.53-1.30%) and β-caryophyllene oxide (0.28-1.01%). Application of İstanbul oregano with chemical fertilizers (P and NPK), hormone, commercial bio-fertilizers, single, dual, triple, and quadruple strains combinations gave increases over control respectively of by 9.7-36.5, 1.1-11.5, 33.3-34.3, 12.7-24.2, 24.6-37.4, and 38.5% in dry herbage yield, by 5.0-27.1, -1.5-6.7, 26.6-28.9, 9.1-12.2, 8.4-18.6, 17.1-23.3, and 27.3% in dry leaf yield; by 13.8-25.6, 2.3-8.3, 27.3-28.0,5.0-16.4, 4.2-19.1, 8.1-24.1, and 39.8% in chlorophyll contents; by 8.6-25.4, 0.1-1.1,25.8-28.5, 6.3-15.2, 3.4-18.9, 13.8-27.3 and 33.1% in essential oil yield; by 24.9-41.6, 1.9-11.5, 37.5-38.3, 14.8-22.2, 10.7-18.8, 24.2-48.2, and 53.5% in carvacrol yield.
