| dc.description.abstract | With the process of globalization, public services started to be marketisation in all over the world. The process which started with privatization have gone to a new phase with public private partnerships (PPPs). In this regard, PPPs become widespread in all countries rapidly. Providing public services through PPPs bring some risks and returns. In especial, the possible effects on public finance open to argument critically. On this basis, the logic of PPPs and the place of public services in marketization are discussed in the paper. Then, the possible effects of PPPs on public finance are analyzed and the suggestions are made in the sense of the continuity of public finance. | |
