Özet
The aim of this study, is to determine perceptions and interpretation types of the university students about The Gallipolis Wars. The sampling group of study (139 students: 51 male, 88 female) are randomly selected from the pool of students who study at the Faculties of Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University. The age of samples range from 19 to 24 (mean age=21.09). As for the instrument used for gathering data is, Perception and Interpretation Types of The Gallipolis Wars Inventory. In the end of the study, it is determined that perceptions of students about The Gallipolis Wars, martyrdom and effects that after visits the martyrdom areas were consistent with each other. Also it is seen that participants have high level interest and awareness related the issue.
