dc.description.abstractAzerbaycan ve Türkiye'nin enerji ekonomisindeki işbirliğinin dünya ve bölge enerji stratejilerinin belirlenmesindeki, rolü büyüktür. Dünya enerji kaynaklarının kullanımının geleceğe yönelik öngörüleri, petrol ve doğalgaz kaynaklarının tüketim hızının orta vadede hiç bir düşüş sergilemeden yaklaşık 20-25 yıl boyunca devam edeceği şeklindedir. Bu durumda petrol ve doğalgazın, talebi giderek artacaktır. Bu kaynakların sahibi ülkelerin dışında, onların taşınması için ekonomik bakımdan en uygun ülkelerin de bu bağlamda önemi artmaktadır. Türkiye-Azerbaycan işbirliği bu ülkelerden birinin hem bahsi geçen enerji kaynaklarının üreticisi olması, diğer yandan da jeopolitik bakımdan önemli transit ülkesi konumunda bulunası, diğerinin ise Avrupa ve Asya'nın hem coğrafi, hem jeopolitik bakımından önemli ülkesi konumunda olması itibariye fevkalade önem taşımaktadır.Çalışmada sözü geçen argümanlara dayanarak, BTC Ham Petrol Boru Hattı ve BTE Doğalgaz Boru Hattı projelerinin yanı sıra, Hazar geçişli projelerin de gerçekleştirilmesinin Türkiye ve Azerbaycan açısından önemi vurgulanmaktadır.Anahtar kelimeler: Azerbaycan-Türkiye, Petrol ve Doğalgaz, Boru Hatları, AB.
dc.description.abstractThis work investigates the role of Turkey-Azerbaijan cooperation in determiation of the world and regional energy policy. In this respect the use of the world oil and natural gas resources in the near past and its forecasting for 20-25 years in the future shows the regular increase in the rate of change of the oil and natural gaz consumption. Thus, it will be realised the intense transportation of the oil and gas resources from producing countries to the consumers in the Europe and in the world. The role of the transit countries as well the role of the oil and gaz producing countries takes therefore grate importance in determination of the regional energy policy. Turkey-Azerbaijan energy-economy cooperation realises transportation of Azerbaijan oil and gas resources to the Turkey and to the EU countries and intends to paticipate for transportation of the Central Asia gas resources through Caspian Sea.BTC crude oil pipeline, SCP(BTE) natural gas pipeline projects are discussed from the point of view of the realisation of the formation of the EuroAsia energy strategy.
