dc.description.abstractAraştırmanın temel amacı, tarih öğretmenlerinin tarih öğretiminde yapılan sınavlara ilişkin görüşlerinin belirlenmesi, bu görüşler arasında mezun olunan okul, kıdem, cinsiyet, çalışılan okul türü arasında fark olup olmadığını saptamaktır. Betimsel nitelikte olan araştırmada amaca en uygun model olan tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2006-2007 öğretim yılı Çanakkale ilinde bulunan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı resmi ortaöğretim okullarında görev yapan tarih öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmamızda 95 öğretmene ulaşılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak anketten yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular neticesinde, tarih öğretmenleri, öğrenci başarısını değerlendirirken ölçme araçlarından en çok yazılı yoklamaları kullandıkları, ölçme –değerlendirme uygulamalarına ilişkin görüşler ile cinsiyetler arasında anlamlı bir farkın olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sonuçlara dayalı olarak da önerilerde bulunulmuştur [EN] The main purpose of this study is to determine history teachers’ views regarding exams in history and whether there is a difference in their views in terms of their graduated schools in which these teachers have received their teaching certificates, their length of service, sex and types of schools where they work. In this study, a survey is used. The population of this study consisted of history teachers who held a teaching position in secondary schools which are under guidance of the Ministry of the National Education in Çanakkale. Ninety-five teachers participated into this study. Data was collected through questionnaire. Results indicated that the history teachers used mostly a written test to evaluate their students’ achievement and there was no correlation between the teachers’ views and their sex. Suggestions are made based on the results
