Bir sağlık kurumunda risk değerlendirmesi (L tipi matris)

2012 senesinde yürürlüğe giren 6331 sayılı İSG (İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği) Kanunu ile Türkiye'de İSG (İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği). konusunda kayda değer ilerlemeler kaydedilmiştir. Bakıldığında, ülkemizde iş kazaları konusunda Avrupa'da ilk, dünya genelinde ise üçüncü sırada yer almaktayız. Bu nedenle, iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine verilen önemin arttırılması, iş kazalarının azaltılması için son derece kritik bir önem taşımaktadır. Hastanelerde sağlık hizmeti alan kişilerin ve çalışanların sağlıklı ve güvenli bir çalışma ortamda hizmet alabilmeleri ve verebilmeleri dikkate alınarak bir sağlık kuruluşunda risk analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında öncelikle hastanelerde İSG ile ilgili temel kavramlar ele alınmış ve hastane ortamında karşılaşılabilecek potansiyel riskler titizlikle değerlendirilmiştir. Risk değerlendirme yöntemleri arasında yer alan L Tipi 5x5 yöntemi açıklanmıştır. Elde edilen risk değerlendirme sonuçlarına göre, belirlenen risk puanları üzerinden alınması gereken önlemler ve uygulanacak termin süreleri planlanmıştır. Bu sayede, sağlıklı ve güvenli bir çalışma ortamının oluşturulmasına yönelik tavsiyeler sunulmuştur.

With the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Law No. 6331, which became effective in 2012, significant progress has been made interms of occupational health and safety in Turkey. When we take a look at this on a deeper level, we as Türkiye, are ranked first in Europe and third in the world in terms of occupational accidents in our country. For that matter, increasing the importance given to occupational health and safety is extremely crucial for reducing occupational accidents. A risk assessment was performed in a health institution. That risk assessment was performed primly by considering the importance ofreceiving medical services in hospitals for both the people who arereceiving these medical services and employees who are working in thatenvironment. The main goal is to be sure to have a healthy and safe environmentin a health institution. In this study, the basic concepts related tooccupational health and safety in hospitals and the potential risks that may beseen in the hospital environment were gingerly evaluated. The 5x5 risk matrix method, which is among the risk assessment methods, is explained. With the risk assessment results and risk scores obtained by this method, the measures to be taken over and the whole process has been planned. With that, the suggestions are presented for ensuring a healthy and safe working environment.
