Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin klinik karar verme sürecinde özgüven ve anksiyete düzeylerinin belirlenmesi

Bu çalışma, intörnlu?k programı olan ve olmayan iki hemşirelik eğitim programındaki öğrencilerin klinik uygulamalarda karar verme su?recinde özgu?ven ve anksiyete du?zeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Tanımlayıcı ve karşılaştırmalı olarak yapılan bu çalışmanın evrenini, 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılı bahar döneminde iki klasik mu?fredat programında öğrenim gören 3. ve 4. sınıf hemşirelik öğrencileri oluşturdu. Örneklem seçimine gidilmeden araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden, klinik uygulamanın ilk ve son gu?nu? soru formlarını eksiksiz dolduran öğrenciler ile çalışma tamamlandı. Araştırma için gerekli etik kurul onayı ve izinler alındı. Veriler "Sosyodemografik Veri Toplama Formu" ve "Hemşirelikte Klinik Karar Verme Özgu?ven ve Anksiyete Ölçeği" ile toplandı. Veri analizlerinde ki-kare, Kruskal Wallis, bağımsız gruplarda t testi, korelasyon analizi, Mann-Whitney U testi, Cronbach alfa kullanıldı. Çalışma sonucunda, intörnlu?k programında eğitim gören öğrencilerin özgu?ven toplam ve alt ölçek toplam puanlarının intörnlu?k programında eğitim görmeyen öğrencilerin toplam puanlarından istatistiksel olarak daha yu?ksek bulundu (p<0,05). İntörn programı olan öğrencilerin anksiyete toplam ve alt ölçek toplam puanlarının ise intörn programı olmayan öğrencilerin toplam puanlarından daha du?şu?k olduğu, ancak aradaki farkın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmadığı saptandı (p>0,05). Sonuç olarak; intörnlu?k programı hemşirelik öğrencilerinin klinik karar vermede özgu?ven du?zeyini yu?kseltmede ve anksiyete du?zeylerini du?şu?rmede etkili olduğu söylenebilir.

This study was done to determine the self-confidence and anxiety levels of the students who have taken or not taken internship program in clinical applications between the two-nursing training programs. The universe of this descriptive and comparative study was formed by the nursing students who are taught within the classical curriculum in 3rd and 4th grades of the spring semester of 2017-2018. This study was completed with the students who accepted the research before the selection of the sample and completed the first and last day questionnaires of the clinical practice. The necessary ethics committee approval and permits were obtained for the research. The data was collected with "Sociodemographic Data Collection Form" and "Nursing Anxiety and Self-Confidence with Clinical Decision Making (NASC-CDM)" scale. In the data analysis, chi-square, Kruskal Wallis, independent T test, correlation analysis, Mann-Whitney U test, Cronbach alpha were used. As a result of the study, the total scores of self-confidence total and subscale total scores of the students that took education of the internship program were found statistically to be higher than the total scores of the students who did not took education of the internship program (p<0.05). It was determined that anxiety total and subscale total scores of the students who received the internship program were lower than the total scores of the students who did not, but the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05). As a result, it can be said that the internship program was effective in raising the level of self-confidence in clinical decision-making and lowering the anxiety levels of nursing students.
