dc.description.abstract?İslam Hukuku Açısından Ötanazi? isimli tezimizde, ötanazi konusu; çeşitleri, semavi dinler nezdindeki yeri, sosyal hayattaki yansımaları, yasal yönleri ve bilhassa da İslam dinindeki hükmü çerçevesinde ele alınmaktadır.Tezimiz; ?Ötanaziye Genel Bakış?, ?Ahlakî Yönden ve Diğer Semâvî Dinler Açısından Ötanazi?, ?Ötanazi Konusundaki Görüşler ve Dayanakları?, son olarak da ?İslamiyet ve Ötanazi? başlıklarıyla dört ana bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci Bölümde; ötanazi konusunda bir kavram çerçevesi sunulup, çeşitleri detaylandırılıp, konuya dair örnekler sunulmuş ve bu şekilde araştırmanın temellendirilmesi hedeflenmiştir.İkinci Bölümde; konumuz sosyal açıdan ele alınmakla beraber etik açıdan da değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca bu bölümde İslam dininin hâricinde diğer iki semâvi din olan Yahudilik ve Hıristiyanlık açısından da değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır.Üçüncü Bölümde; konumuzla alakalı görüşler ?tasdikler ve redler? çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Ayrıca Türk Hukuk sisteminin yanı sıra, ötanaziye onay veren ülkeler, hukukî dayanaklarıyla birlikte sunulmuştur. Bu bölümde günümüz İslam hukukçularına da yer verilerek gündemdeki bakış açıları incelenmiştir.Dördüncü Bölümde ise; araştırmamız İslam dini açısından ele alınıp, çeşitlerinin fıkhî sonuçlarına yer verilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Ötanazi, hak, ölüm, rıza.
dc.description.abstract?Euthanasia In Terms of Islamic Law? named our thesis, that euthanasia; varieties, help with the monotheistic religions location, social life, reflections, and especially the legal aspects are covered under the provisions of the religion of Islam.Our wish, ?Overview of Euthanasia?, ?Moral Directions and Other Monotheistic Religions, In Terms of Euthanasia?, Euthanasia Might Rests?, finally ?Islam and Euthanasia? is composed of four main.The first chapter, presented the framework of a concept of euthanasia, with the types details, the grounding of the research is aimed.The second part deals with the theme of socially discusses the evalutian of patients studied in terms of their relatives. Also in this section, the religion of Islam which is some distance above the other two monotheistic religion Judaism and Christianity in terms of assesments have been made.In chapter three, the positioning of relevant opinions, and the authorization and rejects? were investigated within the framework. Moreover, the Turkish legal system, as well as the countries that approved euthanasia, with legal rulls presented together. In this section, given in the agenda of today?s Islamic lawyers examined perspectives.In the fourth chapter, research has not been considered in terms of Islam, figh types of results are given.Keywords: Euthanasia, The right, Death, The consent.
