dc.description.abstractBu araştırma, farklı dozlardaki vermikompost uygulamasının topraksız tarım kıl biber yetiştiriciliğinde verim ve besin elementi içeriği üzerine etkisini belirlemek ve uygulama için uygun dozu saptamak amacıyla 2018 yılında yürütülmüştür. Deneme Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Toprak Bilimi ve Bitki Besleme Bölümü'ne ait ısıtmasız naylon serada tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre kurulmuştur. Substrat kültürü tercih edilerek saksılarda üretim yapılmış, ortam olarak perlit kullanılmıştır. Deneme beş (5) farklı vermikompost dozları (% 2,5, % 5, % 10, % 20, % 40) ve kontrol (% 0) grubu olmak üzere dört (4) tekerrürlü, toplam yirmi dört (24) adet saksı ile kurulmuştur. Deneme sonunda yapılan ölçüm ve analizlere göre; vermikompostun besin elementi içeriğine, meyve yaş ve kuru ağırlığına etkisi istatistiksel olarak önemli bulunmuştur. Vermikompost uygulamalarının % 5 ve % 10 düzeyi meyve yaş ve meyve kuru ağırlığına etkileri diğer oranlara göre daha etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir. Biber bitkisinin meyvesinde P ve Mg içeriklerini % 2,5 ve % 5 oranlarındaki vermikompost uygulamaları arttırmıştır. B içeriği % 5 vermikompost uygulamasıyla, Zn içeriği % 10 vermikompost uygulaması ile artmıştır. Artan vermikompost uygulamaları ile doğru orantılı olarak K, Cu ve Na elementleri içeriklerinin arttığı saptanmıştır. Ca, Fe ve Mn elementleri içerikleri ise artan vermikompost uygulamaları ile ters orantılı olarak azalmıştır. Anahtar sözcükler: Topraksız Tarım, Vermikompost, Biber (Capsicum annuum L.)
dc.description.abstractThis study was carried out in 2018 in order to determine the effect of different doses of vermicompost on the yield and nutrient content of soilless agricultural pepper cultivation and to determine the appropriate dose for the application. The experiment was established according to the randomized block test design in the non-heated nylon greenhouse of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition. Substrate culture was preferred by cultivation in pots and perlite preference was used as medium. Five (5) different vermicompost doses (2,5 %, 5 %, 10 %, 20 %, 40 %) and control (0 %) group with four (4) replications, a total of twenty four (24) was established with pots. According to the measurements and analyzes made at the end of the experiment; the effect of vermicompost in fruit fresh and dry weight was statistically significant. 5 % and 10 % vermicompost applications were determined to be more effective than other rates on fruit fresh and dry weight. 2,5 % and 5 % vermicompost applications increased P and Mg contents in the fruit of pepper plant. The B content with 5 % vermicompost application increased and Zn content with 10 % vermicompost application increased. The contents of K, Cu and Na were found to be increased in directly proportional with increasing vermicompost applications. The contents of Ca, Fe and Mn elements decreased inversely with increasing vermicompost applications. Keywords: Soilless Agriculture, Vermicompost, Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.)
