dc.description.abstractSupraskapuler nerve entrapment neuropathies, other than entrapment neuropathies are rare. Supraskapuler nerve entrapment of the literature has identified two anatomical region. These notches; spinoglenoid notch and supraskapuler notch. In this case; 34 years old female patient with left shoulder and arm pain, and loss of capability, is the entrapment of the nerve supraskapuler. Available for entrapment anterior decompression was performed supraskapuler approach. The etiology of entrapment neuropathies in the more rare supraskapuler neuropathy trap, radiological, and electrophysiological characteristics and surgical approaches are discussed. © 2015, Anatolian Journal of Clinical Investigation.
