This study is an attempt to reduce or eliminate the physical and psychological adverse situations experienced by mothers with children with Cerebral Palsy after learning that their child is disabled, through exercise. This research, in Turkey Spastic Children Foundation affiliated centers, motion analysis or orthopedic consultation unit on the first evaluation done in Cerebral Palsy (CP) and spastic Kuardiplej (SKI) have a child diagnosed 27 mothers (35,03±4,02 years age) participated voluntarily. Data were collected using face-to-face interviews, device and manual measurement techniques with mothers who had complaints about physical and psychological health issues. Before starting the study, demographic information of mothers and children were obtained. For health-related data; "SF-36 (Short Form) Quality of Life Scale" was used. Manual muscle test and dynamometer were used to measure muscle strength. Measurements were taken before (pre-test) and after (post-test) training sessions, which were applied 3 days a week for 8 weeks. In dependent groups t-test was used in determining the difference between measurements. The significance level was taken as p <0.05. Workouts generally consisted of flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance and cardio exercises. Workouts generally consisted of flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance and cardio exercises. implementation of research, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the Academic Board of Ethics Approval and Turkey Spastic Children Foundation, the necessary permits are obtained. When the pre-test and post-test values of SF-36 quality of life scale were compared; There was a difference in variables related to physical function, physical role difficulty, pain, vitality, social functionality, mental health, emotional role difficulty, and general health perception (p <0.05). When the pre-test and post-test performed with the dynamometer were compared, it was found that the difference between the variables of leg, back, left paw was significant p <0.05, and the difference was not significant in the right paw strength measurement value. When the manual muscle test pre-test and post-test results were compared, it was found that there was a significant difference in right arm supination, left arm supination, right arm pronation and left arm pronation (p <0.05).
