dc.description.abstractSurgical procedures, such as appendectomy and cholecystectomy due to non-obstetric reasons have been frequently encountered in pregnant women. The anesthesiologist experiencing with such a case, anesthetic management should be planned carefully for the safety of both baby and mother. In this case report, we aimed to present the anesthesia management and TIVA application made with a combination of propofol-remifentanil in 28 weeks of pregnant woman undergoing open cholecystectomy surgery under emergency conditions.
