| dc.description.abstract | Bir kümeden evrensel kümenin kuvvet kümesine bir fonksiyon olan esnek küme kavramı bazı belirsizlikleri modellemek amacıyla 1999 yılında Molodtsov tarafından ortaya atıldı. Daha sonra 2011 yılında Alkhazaleh ve Salleh bir modelde birden fazla uzmanın görüşünü bilmeye izin veren esnek uzman küme kavramını tanımladı. Ardından, aynı yazarlar 2014 yılında bir modelde birden fazla uzman görüşünü ve bulanık değerlerini bilmeye izin veren bulanık esnek uzman küme kavramını tanıttı ve bir karar verme problemine uyguladı. Bu tezde, esnek küme kavramının gelişmesi için önemli olan bu kavram kendi içindeki tutarsızlıklardan arındırılarak daha ileri çalışmalar için uygun hale getirildi. Devamında bu kümelerin genellemesi olan sezgisel bulanık parametreli sezgisel bulanık esnek uzman kümeler tanıtıldı ve karar verme problemine uygulandı. Son olarak bu konu üzerine bir tartışmaya yer verildi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In order to model some uncertainties, Molodtsov produced the concept of soft sets that is a function from a set to power set of universal set in 1999. Afterwards, Alkhazaleh and Salleh defined the concept of soft expert sets which allow to know the opinion of more than one expert in one model in 2011. Then they introduced the fuzzy soft expert sets which allow to know the opinion of more than one expert and the fuzzy set corresponding to it in one model and applied to a decision making problem in 2014. In this thesis, for further study on the soft expert sets, we have made it fit into this concept which is important for development of the concept of soft sets by decontaminating from its own inconsistencies. We then defined intuitionistic fuzzy parameterized intuitionistic fuzzy soft expert set which is generalization of these sets and applied to a decision making problem. Finally, the future of this topic is discussed. | |
