Özet
Çanakkale Boğazı kıyısal sularının (0-5 m) yumuşak zeminlerinde yapılan bu çalışmanın amacı, Prosobranchia (Gastropoda, Mollusca) türlerinin oluşturduğu kommunite yapısını belirlemektir. Yapılan çalışmada bentoz örnekleri mevsimsel olarak Scuba dalgıç yardımıyla 30x30 kuadrat sistemi kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Çalışma 3 transekt olarak Çanakkale Boğazı'nın farklı noktalarından seçilen 8 istasyondan Temmuz 2008- Nisan 2009 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda Prosobranchia ordosuna ait 36 tür ve 4472 birey kaydedilmiştir. En baskın tür Rissoa splendida Eichwald, 1830 olarak kaydedilmiştir (%b=20,57). En yüksek tür ve birey sayısına sahip istasyon Kilitbahir (34 tür, 1069 birey) olarak kaydedilirken, en az tür ve birey sayısına sahip istasyon Lapseki' dir (16 tür, 157 birey). En yüksek pozitif ilişki tür sayısı ile deniz suyu tuzluluğu arasında kaydedilirken (rs = 0,75) birey sayısı ile pH arasında pozitif orta kuvvette (rs = 0,51) bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Cluster analizine göre mevsimler arası benzerlik en fazla kış ve yaz ayları arasında (%88,65) bulunmuştur. Çanakkale ve Kilya Koyu ise %70,87 benzerlik oranı ile en fazla benzerlik gösteren istasyonlar olarak kaydedilmiştir. İstasyonlara göre H? değerlerine bakıldığında en yüksek değerin Kilitbahir istasyonunda (H?= 1,482) ve en düşük değerin ise Lapseki ve Eceabat (H?= 1,16) istasyonlarında olduğu görülmüştür.
The aim of this study carried out on soft bottoms of the Dardanelles coastal waters (0-5 m) was to determine the community structure belong to the order, Prosobranchia (Gastropoda, Mollusca). Benthos samples of this study were collected using 30x30 quadrate by means of a SCUBA diver seasonally. The study was carried out as 3 transects in 8 stations chosen from different locations of the Dardanelles between July of 2008 and April of 2009. A total of 4472 specimens and 36 species belong to the order, Prosobranchia was recorded. Rissoa splendida Eichwald, 1830 was recorded as the dominant species (D%=20.57). Kilitbahir station had the highest number of individuals with 1069 individuals, while the Lapseki station had the lowest number of individuals with 157 individuals. According to Spearman?s Rank Correlation, the highest positive correlation (rs = 0.75) was between the salinity of sea water and the number of species. Conversely, the lowest correlation (rs = 0.51) was found between the pH and the number of species. With respect to Bray-Curtis Cluster Analyze, summer and winter periods were very similar with a value of 88.65%.
