dc.description.abstractYetimleri himaye etmek, mallarını korumak, geleceklerini temin etmek Müslümanlar tarafından yerine getirilmesi gereken bir yükümlülüktür. Birçok ayeti kerime ve hadisi şerifte yetim olgusu üzerinde her yönüyle durulması İslam'ın yetimler konusunda göstermiş olduğu hassasiyetin önemini anlamamıza yardımcı olmaktadır. Çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde yetimin sözlük, terim ve kültürel anlamı üzerinde durularak bir tanımlama yapılmış; İslam'dan önce yetimlere karşı muamele ve mallarına karşı tutumlar ele alınarak konu değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci bölüm Kuran'da yetimler başlığı altında ele alınmış; yetimlerin Allah'ın koruması altında olduğu vurgulanarak yetime iyi muamele, yetimin korunması, barındırılması, malının muhafazası, nafakasının temini, ıslahı, evlendirilmesi, geleceğinin temini, ganimetten ve mirastan pay verilmesi gibi konular dikkate alınarak işlenmiştir. Üçüncü bölüm ise sünnette yetimler başlığı altında ele alınmış; yetime iyi muamele, yetimlerle ilgilenmek, yetimleri ıslah etmek, yetime sadaka vermek, yetim malı yemek, malından tasarrufta bulunmak, malından zekât vermek ve yetimliğin sona ermesi gibi konular ayrıntılarıyla anlatılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde ise genel bir değerlendirme yapılarak çalışma nihayete erdirilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Yetim, Kur'an, Hadis, Buhari, Müslim
dc.description.abstractProtecting the orphans themselves and their goods, ensuring they all have a good future are among the things all Muslims should be doing to the best practice. Analyzing numerous verses, blessings and praying will give us a better understanding of how sensitive the Muslim religion towards the fact of orphan in other words the fatherless kids. Our study has three parts. In the first part a thorough definition of the term ''orphan'' has been made and the issue of protecting orphans before the Islam has been completely analyzed. In the second part the issues of protecting, accommodating and well treatment of the orphans. Other things involved were making them entitled to get share from legal heritage, making sure they have a proper marriage. In the third part Orphans in sunnah has been examined completely. Giving them alms, caring and protecting them, their rehabilitation, how to give zakat to the poor from the orphans and the conditions when the status of being an orphan comes to an end. In the final section an overview has been done and the study has been finalized. Key Words: Orphan, Qur'an, Hadith, Bukhari, Muslim
