Özet
Mobbing is a kind of psychological violance which paralyse the organizational health and disables the satisfaction and success of employers. Briefly, mobbing is "psychological terror or fierceness in the organizations".The most typical sympytom is the high tension between the mobbing person and his colleges, as well as his own stress. It is the case uf unawareness of himself and others. This situation begins with the hostility and antogonism of the individual to other people and later he becomes alienated to himself and his environment. At last, this situation may lead to boredom and at worst resignition.
