dc.description.abstractArteriovenous fistula (AVF) is an abnormal relationship between the artery and vein which capillary bed isn't being and may be congenital or acquired. Congenital AVF's can be viewed on all organs or tissues. However forearm and hand involvement is very rare. Color doppler sonography that easy and quick performed is the preferred method as a non-invasive examination in the evaluation of the limbs vascular malformations. But angiography is gold standard technique at determine of fistula localization, extension and feeding artery. In addition, it is necessary that planning the surgery and endovascular embolization treatment and evaluated treatment effectiveness. In this case report, we aimed to findings of color doppler sonography and angiography at the 42 years old men with right hand and fore arm congenital AVF.
