dc.description.abstractBirinci ve İkinci Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi'nde Osmanlı Algısı adlı bu tez çalışmasında 1920 ile 1927 yılları arasında Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi milletvekillerinin Osmanlı Devleti'ne yönelik algıları, devamlılık ve değişim terimleri üzerinden değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma Meclis'in açıldığı 23 Nisan 1920 ile Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK'ün Büyük Nutuk'unu okuduğu 15-20 Ekim 1927 tarihleri arasını kapsamaktadır. Çalışmada birinci el kaynaklar ve araştırma eserlerden faydalanılmıştır. Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi milletvekilleri hem pek çok noktada yeni kurulan devlet ile Osmanlı Devleti arasında bir sınır çizmek hem de devrimlerin halk nezdinde benimsenmesini sağlamak amacıyla iç politika, dış politika, ekonomi, hukuk, eğitim, askeri, sağlık, bayındırlık ve sosyo-kültürel alanlarda Osmanlı Devleti'ne yönelik pek çok atıfta bulunmuşlardır. Böylece bu tez çalışmasında Birinci ve İkinci Meclis'teki milletvekillerinin Osmanlı Devleti'ne olan bakışı izah edilmeye çalışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis study titled The Perception of Ottoman in The First and The Second Turkish Grand National Assembly, the deputies of Turkish Grand National Assembly of their perceptions about Ottoman Empire were evaluated in terms of continuity and change in between 1920 and 1927. The study covers the period between April 23, 1920, when the Assembly was opened, and October 15-20, 1927, when Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK read the Great Speech. In the study, first hand sources and research works were used. The deputies of the Turkish Grand National Assembly made many references to the Ottoman Empire in domestic policy, foreign policy, economy, law, education, military, health, public works and socio-cultural areas in order to draw a border between the newly established state and the Ottoman Empire at many points and to ensure that the revolutions are adopted by the public. Thus, in this thesis, the view of the deputies in the First and Second Parliaments towards the Ottoman Empire was tried to be explained.en_US
