dc.description.abstractTürkiye’de yetişkin eğitiminin yaklaşık yüz yıllık bir tarihsel gelişim süresi bulunmaktadır. 1923’te cumhuriyetin kurulmasının hemen ardından yetişkinleri de kapsayan büyük bir eğitim seferberliği başlamıştır. Günümüze kadar bu alanda birçok karar alınmış, önemli gelişme ve iyileştirmeler yapılmıştır. Bu araştırmayla, Türkiye’deki yetişkin eğitimini tarihsel gelişim süreci içerisinde incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Buradan hareketle araştırmanın yöntemi nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeline göre yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda yetişkin eğitimiyle ilgili söz sahibi kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının aldığı kararlar incelenmiş ve yetişkin eğitimiyle ilgili yaşanan tüm gelişmeler tarihsel gelişim süreci içerisinde sunulmuştur
dc.description.abstractAdult education in Turkey has a historical development period of approximately one hundred years. Immediately after the establishment of the republic in 1923, a major educational mobilization including adults started. Until today, many decisions have been taken in this field and important developments and improvements have been made. This study aims to examine adult education in Turkey within the historical development process. From this point of view, the method of the research was based on the survey model, one of the quantitative research methods. In this context, the decisions taken by public institutions and organizations that have a say in adult education were examined and all developments related to adult education were presented in the historical development process.
