dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, doğadan toplanan Tubifex tubifex’ler ile 28 gün boyunca kontrollü şartlarda tutulan T. tubifex’lerin mikrobiyolojik yük sevileri karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla altı farklı deneme grubu oluşturulmuştur. Bu gruplar (1) tank zemininde kum olan ve ultaviole (UV) sterilizasyon işlemi uygulanan grup (1. Grup = KUVL), (2) tank zemininde kum olan ancak UV sterilizasyon uygulanmayan grup (2. Grup = KUVS), (3) tank zemininde çamur olan ve UV sterilizasyon işlemi uygulanan grup (3. Grup = ÇUVL), (4) tank zemininde çamur olan ancak UV sterilizasyon uygulanmayan grup (4. Grup = ÇUVS), (5) tank zemini boş olan ve UV sterilizasyon işlemi uygulanan grup (5. Grup = ZUVL), (6) tank zemini boş olan ancak UV sterilizasyon işlemi uygulanmayan grup (6. Grup = ZUVS) olarak planlanmıştır. Su parametreleri tüm gruplarda sabit tutulmuştur. Denemeler üç tekerrürlü olacak şekilde gerçekleştirilmiş olup her bir gruba 100’er gram canlı T. tubifex stoklanmıştır. Kapalı devre sistemde bir yirmisekiz gün boyunca tutulan T. tubifex’ lerden periyodik olarak (0. gün, 7. gün, 14. gün, 21. gün ve 28. gün) mikrobiyolojik örnekler alınmış ve ölçümler yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre toplam aerob bakteri sayısı (TAB) tüm gruplarda zamana bağlı bir azalma göstermiştir. Bunun yanı sıra ortamdaki mikrobiyolojik bakteri yük miktarının başlangıç anından itibaren 28 günün sonuna kadar sürekli düşüş eğilimi gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir
dc.description.abstractThis paper has compared microbiological load levels of Tubifex tubifex both collected from nature and kept under controlled conditions for 28 days. Six different experimental groups were investigated. These groups were (1) the group with sand on the tank floor and ultraviolet (UV) sterilized (Group 1 = KUVL), (2) the group with sand on the tank floor but not UV sterilized (Group 2 = KUVS), (3) the group with mud on the tank floor and UV sterilized (Group 3 = ÇUVL), (4) the group with mud on the tank floor but not UV sterilized (Group 4= ÇUVS), (5) the group with the empty tank floor and UV sterilized (Group 5 = ZUVL), (6) the group with the empty tank floor but not UV sterilized (Group 6 = ZUVS). Water-related parameters were kept constant in all groups. The experiments were carried out in triplicate and 100 grams of alive T. tubifex were stocked for each group. Microbiological samples were taken from T. tubifex, which were kept in the closed-circuit system for twenty-eight days, on a weekly basis periodically (0, 7, 14, 21, 28 days) and measurements were conducted. The results revealed that the number of total aerobic bacteria (TAB) showed a time-dependent decrease in all groups. Moreover, it has been determined that the amount of microbiological bacterial load decreased continuously until the end of 28 days.
