Özet
This study deals with an analysis of the questions an analysis of the questions, in respect of teachers' viewpoints of the efficiencies reflecting the geographical thought, in the geography units of the fourth and fifth grades textbooks of social studies which were written according to the curriculums of 1998 and 2005. It has been studied whether a significant difference exists or not according to the sexes, age groups, professional experiences and education levels of the teachers who have participated in the research concerning the efficiencies reflecting geographical thought in the questions in geography units of the textbooks of social studies in the curriculum of 1998 and 2005. Besides, it has been revealed whether a significant difference exists or not between the fourth and fifth grades textbooks concerning the efficiencies reflecting geographical thought in the questions in geography units of the textbooks of social studies in the curriculum of 1998 and 2005.
