Özet
Manisa ili pamuk tarlalarında Helicoverpa armigera Hübner,1808 (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae)'nın bazı biyolojik özellikleri 2018-2019 yıllarında incelenmiştir. Çalışma için Şehzadeler ve Saruhanlı ilçe ve köylerinde üreticilere ait 5 tarla belirlenmiştir. Pamuk bitkisi ilk yıl 14-21 Nisan tarihlerinde ve ikinci yıl ise 25-27 Nisan tarihlerinde ekilmiştir. H. armigera ergin popülasyon gelişmesi delta ve funnel tuzaklarla incelenmiştir. Tuzaklara yakalanan erginler haftada bir kez sayılmış ve her parselde 3 farklı yerde 3 metre bitki sırasında H. armigera yumurta ve larvaları ile Chrysoperla carnea'nın yumurtaları kaydedilmiştir. 2018 yılında tüm parsellerde toplam 16 adet H. armigera ergini tuzaklara yakalanmıştır. 2019 yılında ise H. armigera'nın ergin uçuşu temmuz ayının ilk haftasından itibaren başlamış olup, ağustos ve eylül ayı ortasında 2 tepe noktası meydana gelmiştir. Örnekleme süresince Karaağaçlı'da 101, Selimşahlar'da 83, Yenimahmudiye'de 55, Mütevelli'de 77 ve Veziroğlu'nda 118 adet olmak üzere toplam 434 H. armigera ergini tuzaklara yakalanmıştır.
Some biological properties of Helicoverpa armigera Hübner, 1808 (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) were investigated in the cotton fields of Manisa province in 2018-2019. For the study, 5 fields belonging to the producers were determined in Şehzadeler and Saruhanlı districts and villages. Cotton was planted on April 14-21 in the first year and on April 25-27 in the second year. Population development of H. armigera adult was studied with delta and funnel traps. The adults caught in the traps were counted once a week and H. armigera eggs and larvae and Chrysoperla carnea eggs were recorded in 3 meters plant row in 3 different places in each plot. In 2018, a total of 16 H. armigera adults were trapped in all parcels. In 2019, the adult flight of H. armigera started from the first week of July and 2 peaks occurred in the middle of August and September. During the sampling period, a total of 434 H. armigera adults were caught, 101 in Karaağaçlı, 83 in Selimşahlar, 55 in Yenimahmudiye, 77 in Mütevelli and 118 in Veziroğlu in traps.
