dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, benzoilklorürün (C6H5COCl) potasyumizotiyosiyanat (KSCN) ile aprotik çözücü ortamında tepkimesi sonucu benzoilizotiyosiyanat (C6H5CONCS) ürünü sentezlendi. Sentezlenen benzoilizotiyosiyanatın aprotik çözücülü ortamda simetrik diamin olan 1,3-diaminopropan, 1,4-diaminobütan, piperazin, 4,4?-diaminodifenileter ve 4,4?-diaminodifenilmetan ile ayrı ayrı katılma tepkimesi sonucu yeni 3,3?-dibenzoil-1,1?-(alkil/aril)ditiyoüreler sentezlenerek yapıları spektroskopik yöntemlerle aydınlatıldı. Sentezlenen bileşikler;3,3?-Dibenzoil-1,1?-(1,3-propadiil)ditiyoüre3,3?-Dibenzoil-1,1?-(1,4-bütadiil)ditiyoüre3,3?-Dibenzoil-1,1?-(piperazin)ditiyoüre3,3?-Dibenzoil-1,1?-(4,4?-difenileterdiil)ditiyoüre3,3?-Dibenzoil-1,1?-(4,4?-difenilmetandiil)ditiyoüreBileşiklerin erime noktası, çözünürlük gibi fiziksel parametreleri belirlenerek,yapıları FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, ve kütle spektrum (MS) verileri yardımı ile aydınlatıldı.Anahtar sözcüler: Ditiyoüre, benzoilizotiyosiyanat, 1,3-diaminopropan, 1,4-diaminobütan, piperazin, 4,4?-diaminodifenileter, 4,4?-diaminodifenilmetan.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, benzoylisothiocyanate product (C6H5CONCS) was synthesized from the reaction of potassiumisothiocyanate (KSCN) with benzoylchloride (C6H5COCl) in aprotic solvent. The synthesized benzoylisothiocyanate reacted separateli with symmetrical diamin such as 1,3-diaminopropane, 1,4-diaminobutane, piperazine, 4,4?-diaminodiphenylether and 4,4?-aminodiphenylmethane and yielded new 3,3?-dibenzoyl-1,1?-(alkyl/aryl)dithioureas. Their structures were determined using methods. The synthesized compounds are:3,3?-Dibenzoyl-1,1?-(propa-1,3-diyl)dithiourea3,3?-Dibenzoyl-1,1?-(buta-1,4-diyl)dithiourea3,3?-Dibenzoyl-1,1?-(piperazine)dithiourea3,3?-Dibenzoyl-1,1?-(diphenylether-4,4?-diyl)dithiourea3,3?-Dibenzoyl-1,1?-(diphenylmethan-4,4?-diyl)dithioureaCompounds of physical parameters (melting point, solubility?etc) were examined and structure of these compounds were determined with FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and mass(MS) spectral data.Keywords: Dithiourea, benzoylisothiocyanate, 1,3-diaminopropane, 1,4-diaminobutane, piperazine, 4,4?-diaminodiphenylether, 4,4?-diaminodiphenylmethane.
