He will never want to devote himself to that business and he will not feel safe. The employee will want to get rid of the business as soon as possible. General research shows that; businessenvironment needs to be created with mutual trust-based networks. There are individuals who feel safethanks to a healthy work environment. The purpose of this study is to reveal the importance of preventingexclusion and to provide an organizational trust environment and to understand that businesses can survive. This study, which aims to measure the exclusion perception levels and organizational trust levels of theorganization's employees, in order to compete effectively and to achieve their goals, especially healthcareand hospitality enterprises, is a quantitative research. The universe of the research is accommodationestablishments and health establishments located in the South Marmara Region (GMB). Accordingly, 10accommodation establishments with GMBs and 5 private hospitals working independently were contacted. The questionnaire was mostly applied face to face and via e-mail.
