Özet
Bu mikroplastik çalışması Dalyan-İztuzu plajında, 14 farklı istasyonda 2019 yılının haziran ve temmuz aylarında gerçekleşmiştir. Alınan örnekler, boyutlarına göre, şekillerine göre ve tiplerine göre binoküler mikroskop altında sınıflandırıp analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucu mikroplastik miktarı 143483,17 parçacık/km² olarak hesaplanmıştır. Metre kare başına yoğunluk (ortalama ± Standart sapma) 0,148±0,07 saptanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar son yapılan çalışmalarla karşılaştırıldığnda saptanan mikroplastik değerlerinin önceki çalışmalarda elde edilen verilere göre daha düşük olduğu görülmüştür. İztuzu plajına gelen yerli ve yabancı turistlerle yapılan mikroplastik ile ilgili farkındalık anketinde, yerli ve yabancı turistlerin mikroplastik tehlikesinin farkında oldukları ve katılımcıların %90'nından fazlasının mikroplastik içermeyen ürünleri kullanmak istedikleri saptanmıştır Anahtar sözcükler: Akdeniz, İztuzu plajı, Farkındalık Anketi, Mikroplastik
This microplastic study have carried out in 14 different stations of Dalyan-Iztuzu beach in June and July 2019. Retained samples have been classified according to their sizes, shapes and types under the binocular microscope and they have been analyzed. At the end of the study, the amount of microplastic has been calculated as 143.483,17 particles/km2 . The density per square meter (mean ± SD) has been detected as 0,148±0,07. When acquired results have been compared with the studies done recently, it has seen that the detected microplastic rates are lower than the previous ones. According to the awareness survey of microplastic done with the local and foreign tourists, it has detected that the tourists are aware of the danger of microplastic and more than 90 percent of participants have demanded microplastic-free products.
