Tanzimat sonrası fıkhi dönüşüm ve fıkıh eğitimi

Araştırma "Giriş" bölümü ile birlikte beş bölümden şekillenmektedir. Birinci Bölüm'dearaştırmanın problemi, önemi, amacı, yöntemi,sınırlılıkları ve önceki çalışmalar ile ilgili hazırlık mahiyetinde bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci Bölüm'defıkıh ve siyaset tecrübesine değinilerek sonraki bölümlerin temalarına yönelik siyasi ve kültürel bir zemin oluşturulmuştur. Üçüncü Bölüm'defıkhi dönüşümü gerçekleştiren reformlara yer verilmiştir. Amaç bir sonraki bölümde ele alınacak fıkıh alanındaki ilmî değişim ve dönüşümleri daha iyi anlamlandırabilmek ve kıyasta bulunabilmektir. Dördüncü Bölüm'de Tanzimat Dönemi medreselerinde ve diğer eğitim kurumlarında gerçekleştirilen fıkıh eğitimi ele alınmıştır. Özellikle yeni kurulan müesseseler ve gerçekleştirilen ıslahatlar fıkhi açıdan incelenmiş ve oluşan müfredattaki fıkıh dersleri analiz edilerek bir bakış açısı oluşturulmak istenmiştir. Yanı sıra fıkıh mesleğinin nasıl icra edildiğine dair kanaat elde edilebilecek tarzda iftâ ve kazâ teşkilatlarının görev ve sorumlulukları değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma varılan sonuçların ifadesi olan "Sonuç ve Öneriler" bölümünün ardından "Kaynakça" ve "Ekler" ile tamamlanmıştır.

The research is shaped in five sections together with the "Introduction" section.In the First Chapter, the problem, importance, purpose, method, limitations of the research and relevant preparatory information about previous studies are given.In the Second Chapter, a political and cultural basis has been created oriented the themes of the next chapters by mentioning the jurisprudence and politicsexperience.In the Third Chapter, reforms that realized the fiqh transformation are included.The aim is to better understand and compare the scientific changes and transformations in the field of fiqh, which will be discussed in the next section. In the Fourth Chapter, the fiqh education carried out in the Madrasahs and other educational institutions of the Tanzimat Period is discussed.Especially the newly established institutions and the reforms were examined in terms of fiqh and it was desired to create a perspective by analyzing the fiqh lessons in the curriculum.In addition, the duties and responsibilities of iftâ and qada organizations have been evaluated in such a way that an opinion on how the fiqh profession is practiced can be obtained.The research was completed with the "References" and "Appendixes" after the "Conclusion and Suggestions" section, which is the expression of the conclusions reached.
