dc.description.abstractBu çalışma hızla gelişen ve artık neredeyse tüm alanlarda etkinliğini gösteren teknolojinin, bütünleşik afet yönetimi alanındaki kullanımını ele almaktadır. Çalışmanın çerçevesini teknolojinin afet yönetiminde kullanıldığı alanlar belirlemektedir. Belirlenen çerçeve bütünleşik afet yönetimi alanının kapsamını da teknolojik kullanım sahalarına göre sınırlandırmıştır. Yapılan anket çalışması ile AFAD personelinin teknoloji ve afeti hangi düzeyde ilişkilendirdikleri incelenmektedir.
dc.description.abstractThis study deals with the use of rapidly developing technology in the field of integrated disaster management, which is now effective in almost all areas. The framework of the study is determined by the areas where technology is used in disaster management. The determined framework has limited the scope of the integrated disaster management field according to the technological usage areas. The survey study examines to what extent AFAD personnel associate technology and disaster.
