dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, bölgesel bazlı konut fiyat endeksleri ile ekonomik güven endeksi arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Değişkenler arasında uzun ve kısa dö- nem ilişki olup olmadığı, ARDL yöntemine dayalı sınır testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda bölgelerdeki konut fiyat endeksleri ile ekonomik güven arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisi, Granger ve Toda ve Yamamoto nedensellik testleri ile araştırılmıştır. Veri seti aylık frekansta olup 2010:M01-2017:M07 arasını kapsamaktadır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, Akdeniz ve Doğu Karadeniz bölgelerindeki konut fiyatları ile ekonomik güven endeksinde karşılıklı olarak nedensellik tespit edilmiştir. ARDL sonuçlarına göre, uzun dönem ilişkisinde de söz konusu bölgelerin ön plana çıktığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the relationship between housing price indices based on regions and economic confidence index has been researched. The existence of long and short term relationship between the variables has been analyzed by the bound test approach based on the ARDL method. At the same time, housing price indices and economic confidence in the regions have been studied by Granger and Toda and Yamamoto Causality Tests. The dataset is monthly frequency and covers 2010:M01-2017:M07 period. According to the results, bi-directional causality was identified between housing prices and the economic confidence index in the Mediterranean and Eastern Black Sea regions. According to the results of the ARDL, the mentioned regions have also become prominent in the long-term relationship.en_US
