Özet
From past to today, the effort to find an answer to the questions of “how to realize training activities in businesses more effectively and how the results of training activities can be measured” has continued its existence on the side of both scholars and practitioners. In the concerning text, although a theoretical foundation is established, it is seen that studies that put forward concrete suggestions on the applicability and effective use of suggested models and how to structure training effectiveness meauserement system in businesses are limited. This study aims to contribute to academical knowledge accumulation towards meeting above mentioned need. Starting from these findins, an answer to the questions “how training effectiveness in businesses can be measured effectively” is sought. For this purpose, theoretical models have been evaluated, necessary factors and conditions for the effective use of models are stressed and a process model of TEM that can be used to measure effectiveness of training in businesses successfully has been developed.
