Bor özel ürünleri ve teknolojileri

Ülkemiz, dünyadaki en büyük bor rezervlerine sahip olmasına rağmen ileri teknoloji ürünlerde kullanılan bor özel ürünlerinin üretimi için ihtiyaç duyulan tesisler bulunmamaktadır. Mevcut tesisler ise, bor özel ürün üretimi için gerekli teknolojiye sahip değillerdir. Ayrıca ülkemizde boraks pentahidrat, boraks dekahidrat, susuz boraks ve borik asit gibi bor bileşikleri üretilirken, ancak bu ürünlerden asıl katma değer oluşturan bor özel ürünlerinin üretimini sağlayacak tesisimiz yoktur. Diğer taraftan endüstriyel çapta bor karbür, elementel bor, ferrobor, çinko borat, sodyum borhidrür ve bor nitrür, gibi bor özel ürünleri çok yüksek enerji gideri ve çevresel sorunlar ile üretilmektedir. Bu tez çalışmasında; endüstride kullanılan bor özel ürünlerinin üretim prosesleri ve teknolojileri, fiziksel ve kimyasal yapıları incelenmiş, ayrıca ülkemizde ve dünyada üretimi gerçekleştirilen ticari bor minerallerinin rezerv ve bulunduğu yerler araştırılmıştır. Bor özel ürünlerinin önemi ve kullanım alanları, bor özel ürünlerinin elde edilmesinde gerekli olan başlıca rafine boratların üretim yöntemleri, yukarıda bahsedilen bor özel ürünlerinin üretiminde kullanılan üretim akım şemaları ve teknolojilerinin araştırılmasını içeren detaylı bir literatür çalışması yapılmıştır. Although our country has the largest boron reserves in the world, there are no facilities required for the production of boron special products used in advanced technology products.Existing plants do not have the necessary technology for the production of boron special products. In addition, boron compounds such as borax pentahydrate, borax decahydrate, anhydrous borax and boric acid are produced in our country, but we do not have the facility to produce boron special products that generate added value in the real economic sense. On the other hand, boron special products such as boron carbide, elemental boron, ferroboron, zinc borate, sodium borohydride and boron nitride are produced with very high energy cost and environmental problems. In this thesis; production processes and technologies, physical and chemical structures of boron special products used in industry have been examined and also the reserves and locations of commercial boron minerals produced in our country and in the world have been investigated. The importance of boron special products and their usage areas, the production methods of the main refined borates required for obtaining boron special products, the production flow charts and technologies used in the production of boron special products mentioned above have been studied in a detailed literature study.
