dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada farklı probiyotik ilaveli yemlerin gökkuşağı alabalıklarında büyüme performansları ve sağlık karakteristikleri üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Lactobacillus plantarum, bacillus subtilis ve bunların aynı yeme ilave edilerek kullanıldığı mix gruplarında 30. ve 60. günlerde yapılan analizlerde probiyotik türlerinin balıklarda yem değerlendirme, büyüme, kimyasal besin madde kompozisyonu, bağışıklık sistemi ve hematolojik parametreler üzerine etkileri belirlenerek karşılaştırılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göre probiyotik ilaveli yemler ile beslenen balıklarda FCR'ın kontrol grubuna göre istatistiksel olarak azaldığı tespit edilmiştir (p<0.05). Ayrıca bağışıklık sistemi probiyotik ilaveli yemler ile beslenen balıklarda daha güçlü bulunmuştur (p<0.05). probiyotik ilaveli yemler ile beslenen balıklarda ağırlık artışı kontrol grubuna göre fazla bulunmuş ancak aradaki farkın istatistiksel olarak önemsiz olduğu tespit edilmilştir (p>0.05). Yapılan ham yağ, ham kül, nem, protein ve yağ analizleri açısından gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak bir fark tespit edilememiştir (p>0.05)
dc.description.abstractIn this experiment, the aim was to find out the effects of growth performance and health characteristics in rainbow trouts feed added different probiotic Lactobacillus pşantarum, Bacillus subtilis and in the mixed groups, which this were used by adding to the some feed, in the analysises that were maed in the days of 30th and 60th the types of probiotic eddects of feed tests, growth, cpmposition of chemical food substance, immune system and hematological parameters in fish was compared. According to result of analysis, in fish, in fish, which where fed with feed added probiotic, it was stated that FCR statically decreased compare to control group (p<0.05). Besides, it was found out that the immune system was more powerful in fish which were fed with feed added probiotic (p<0.05). It was revealed that in fish which were fed with feed added probiotic, the rising of weight was more than control group but it was found out that the difference was not so important statically (p>0.05). It could not be detected statically the difference among the groups from the point of the analysises of raw lipid, raw ash, moisture, protein and lipid (p>0.05).
