| dc.description.abstract | Verim, mevcut kapasitesiyle bu kapasitenin işletmenin üretimi doğrultusunda kullanılan miktarı arasındaki oransal ilişki olarak ifade edilmektedir. Verimlilik ise işletmenin tam kapasite ile çalışması durumun da mümkün olan en yüksek oranda amaca ulaşma miktarını ifade eder ki bu da kullanılan kapasite ve kaynakların üretim gücüne işaret etmektedir. Günümüzde işletmeler varlıklarının ve faaliyetlerinin devamı için verimlilik noktasında ciddi çabalar sarf etmektedirler. Ancak bu çabalar, bilimsel yaklaşımlarla aralarındaki mesafe ölçüsünde sonuca ulaştırabilmektedir. Verimliliğe gösterilecek olan ehemmiyet, bu yönde yapılacak yatırımlar ve değişimler verimlilik düzeyini belirlemekte ve işletmeyi amacına ulaşma noktasında güçlendirmektedir. Üretim işletmelerinde verimlilik unsurları değerlendirildiğinde, sistem yaklaşımının ve süreklilik gösteren verimlilik yönetiminin önemi çok büyüktür. Araştırma konusu işletmenin bu yöndeki tavrı incelendiğinde, yeni olmasına karşın, oldukça gerekli çalışmaları hayata geçirmiş ve verimlilik yönetimi konusunda kısmı ve toplam verimliliğini arzulanan noktaya taşıma sürecine girebilmiştir. Enerji, işgücü, üretim gibi kısmi verimlilik ölçümlerinin yanı sıra toplam verimlilik noktasında da oldukça başarılı bir grafik sergilemektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Yields is expressed in a proportional relationship between the amount of the plant to be used in accordance with the current capacity of this capacity. Productivity refers to the amount of the highest rates possible with the aim of achieving full capacity of a company which used refers to the production capacity and power resources. Today, businesses are looking for more serious efforts in the efficiency of the assets and activities are the issue. But these efforts, the scientific approach can deliver results to the extent the distance between them. Importance which will be shown on productivity, investments and changes to be made in this direction and will reinforce the point that will determine the productivity levels to reach the business goals. When evaluating productivity factor in manufacturing enterprises, the importance of the management system approach and sustained productivity is enormous. The research examined the entity's attitude in this respect, it is quite necessary work although newly implemented and could enter part of the process of moving to the desired point on the overall efficiency and productivity management. Energy, labor, the total efficiency point of production as well as the partial productivity measures, such as the very successful exhibit graphics.In the study, the businesses operating in the sector to set an example to other businesses and area studies aimed at building a model of efficiency. As well as operating in what is become so successful life through productivity-oriented applications and are intended to determine whether increasing efficiency and at what level, have been applied to the ratio analysis to achieve efficiency values determined for this purpose. The efficiency analysis of the company as a result of the model through the data that will be obtained, also in companies operating in the sector and similar areas to reveal productivity applications that can be implemented. | |
