dc.description.abstractTezimizde Pezdevî'nin "Kenzu'l- Vusûl ilâ Ma`rifeti'l- Usûl" isimli eserinin, ?elfâz? bahisleri çerçevesinde, Fıkıh Usûlü ilmine katkısını incelemeye çalıştık.Tezimizin birinci bölümünde Pezdevî'nin hayatı ve "Usûl"ü hakkında bilgi verdik. İkinci bölümde Pezdevî'den önceki Fıkıh Usûlü'nün gelişimi ve bu dönem alimleri hakkında bilgi verdik. Üçüncü bölümde elfâz bahislerini kıyaslayarak Pezdevî'nin katkısını ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Ayrıca tezimizin sonuna üzerinde çalıştığımız dört usûl eserinin muhtevasını tablo olarak ekledik.Tezimizin sonunda vardığımız sonuç; Fıkıh Usûlü'nün gelişim süreci Pezdevî ile kemale ermiştir. En tutarlı ve sistematik eseri o ortaya koymuştur. Bundan dolayı da günümüze kadar gelen Usûl anlayışı Pezdevî'nin eserinin üzerine inşa edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the contribution of ?Kanzu?l-Vusûl ilâ Ma`rifati?l-Usûl?, written by al-Pazdawî, to Islamic Jurisprudence has been explored with reference to the subject of utterances (alfâz), which is related semantics of words.In the first section, some information about al-Pazdawî?s life and his concept of ?Usûl? based on the book under stu dy. In the following section, a detailed knowledge on the development of Islamic Jurisprudence before al-Pazdawî, and the jurist of his time have been laid down. In the third section, comparing the subjects of utterances, of words, the contribution made by al-Pazdawî to the field has been thoroughly explained. The contents of the four methodological books that were studied in the thesis, are supplemented in a schema to the end of the study.What has been achieved in this study is that the development of Islamic Jurisprudence was excelled by al-Pazdawî by producing the most coherent and systematic works in the field; hence, from then onwards Islamic Jurisprudence has been relied on these works.
